Today I was very busy working [I am a holistic body worker & healer] and then had to run out to my son’s choir concert [which he did awesome]. It was good to see my handsome guy in his tux [way to go Josiah!]… but I ended up getting home really late.
Finally, sitting down on the sofa, I had a bright idea to take one of my baking soda baths. It’s great therapy for people who build up stress and just need a little bit of a detox. It’s also super-good for releasing metabolic waste from the muscles.
