As I did this meditation over the course of 4 nights, I used my intention that every time I did this… I was becoming more mindful. I told myself: Mindfulness = Strength + Stability. I felt a sense of safety and ease which helped me to rest better.
My thoughts are this, use these free tools… there are literally hundreds of free meditations all over you tube. You never know who you resonate with… so get exploring.
One of my favorite people for doing her meditations is: Doreen Virtue. Her voice is so soothing to me. The tone of her suggestions are just what I need to take me into deep, deep states of relaxation.
