Debbie Ford sent forth the message this morning …
THE LIGHT OF THE PURPOSE
“Purpose is fulfilled through discovering and delivering our unique contributions to the world. The desire of each of our souls is to express some unique talent, to give our individual gift to the collective, and to leave the world a better place. Though the thought of changing the world may seem overwhelming, in the realm of the soul, there is no contribution too large or too small. We each have something special to offer for the growth of humanity and, through connection with the Divine, it will be revealed to us. Every soul has an innate yearning to leave a legacy, some contribution that makes a difference in the lives of others. No matter who, where or what we are, it is our birthright to deliver the gift of our soul to the world.”
Debbie Ford’s Soul Food for Today:
It’s safe to share my gifts with the world.
Debbie Ford’s Workbook Questions for Today:
What legacy does your soul long to leave behind in the world as evidence of God’s love and caring for humanity? What is the gift or contribution you have to deliver or the imprint you were put here to make?
When you have fulfilled your legacy, what will be different in the lives of the people around you? How will the world been permanently influenced for the better by your presence and actions in it?
What do you need to do starting today in your internal world to facilitate the delivery of your contribution and legacy? What specific action or practice will assist you to live in the presence and intention of the fulfillment of your divine purpose?
What can you do now in the external world to begin to make the kind of difference in the world that you were meant to make? What specific new choices, actions or behaviors will support you to begin fulfilling more of your soul’s purpose now?
Wow… just a few days left! I’ve been finding myself trying to gauge with a little more accuracy: Am I truly overwhelmed? Or am I underwhelmed? Do I take on too much? Or not enough? Right now, I have no way of answering that question because I’ve grown in my Emotional-Stability a lot more from this detox [I feel like I can take on more… but is that wise. I don’t know yet. But I believe as I practice more doing what I know… I’ll come to know the answer to that question in no time!]
Have any of you noticed more opportunities to practice GROWTH during times of challenge? I’m experiencing that Challenge really does equal Growth. Yet as I am learning, growth doesn’t mean I have to respond to my environmental stress poorly or allow minor frustrations to become hopelessly difficult.
