BREATHING is a way your cells and tissues [groupings of our cells that work together for a purpose] DETOX. It cleanses by allowing our cells and tissues to RELEASE their junk, and RECEIVE life-force energy.
- Sit with your legs crossed on the floor and place your hands in a mudra position where your index finger of each hand and thumb are together. Your hands should be resting palms up on your knees. Please lengthen your spine naturally as if you have a string attached to your skull as well as every vertebrae under that.
- Bend the three middle fingers of your right hand into the palm while allowing your thumb and little finger to stick up. Block your right nostril with your left little finger and breathe deeply through your left nostril. Relax and inhale as you close your eyes for 4 slow seconds. Exhale for 4 slow seconds and repeat 10 times.
- Place your left hand down, and bend the three middle fingers of your left hand into the palm, allowing your thumb and little finger to stick up. Block your left nostril with your right little finger and breathe through your right nostril. Relax and inhale as you close your eyes for 4 slow seconds. Exhale for 4 slow seconds and repeat 10 times.
