Research for yourself. Know WHY juicing is so important for your health. When you understand the benefits, you’re much more inclined to take time to make fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Here’s a few combos that are my favorites for juicing:
1 orange peeled
1 cup pineapple chunk and
10 medium strawberries
1 peeled orange
1 meyer lemon
2 carrots and
1/4 inch fresh ginger
2 fresh juiced green apples
[blended with 1 frozen banana and 1 cup spinach]
