Meditation is not a religious practice. It’s a spiritual practice with practical benefits.
Here’s how to meditate:
SIT and or lie quietly. And your body will begin to relax. This is meditation. It is a practice of finding your inner peace and tranquil space to observe connection with Source.
REPEAT words like LOVE, PEACE, HEALING… or anything that is meaningful for yourself. Like: I forgive, I’m forgiven. You can repeat these words with every inhale and exhale in the inner mind.
With meditation, the answers will come immediately, in a day or two, or whatever.
Ask yourself: What do I need to know? This is a great prompt during meditation.
If you don’t give your persistent thoughts importance… they are like a soft cloud moving htrough the sky. they just come and go. Meditation is simply a time to OBSERVE.
