Welcome to the season of Beginnings.
What does starting over mean to you?
If you don’t think you can spend at least a few hours a week on your beginning, you might not be ready for your fresh start. I mean, even nature has to go through other seasons like RELEASE to let go of what needs to be let go of; VISION to maintain presence to restore the Soul and protect the Soul; AWAKENING to discover the inner Voice which has always been telling the truth, it’s just our logical minds drowned it out at times. And if that’s where you are at, needing to revisit a past season, I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed or like you are missing out, but maybe it’s time to explore that season before you explore your beginnings.
The season of beginnings is a time to create beauty, and nurture your heart. How can we fuel ourselves with really good Soul Nutrition – as well as physical fuel – to keep us present with all the important things we are learning in life.
And whether we are an expert at this thing called transformation, or a beginner who’s beginning for the first time, you’ll find all that you’ve ever needed to get you through within the incredibly powerful, You!
Have you heard of Vedic Spiritual Traditions of ancient India that recognize our EGO-based selves are mediated through energetic vortices known as CHAKRAS? What this means is:
“How we think and feel has an impact upon our energy which imprints upon our body, mind and spirit as a frequency. Our PERSONALITY affects our entire reality.”
The Vedic sciences of CHAKRAS denote many energy centers within your body specifically correlating with thoughts and feelings, as well as Seasons in Nature and Life. We know on a deep level that our PERSONALITY affects our Body, Mind & Spirit.
The Root Chakra, Muldahara is the corresponding chakra of the season Beginnings. As I touched on briefly, if things are left unprocessed, if we haven’t released the old, cleansed our consciousness, spent time being curious about the life we’d Love to live… we are not fully able to embody the Root Chakra with whole power. It is only until we begin to get $h!t done instead of differing that we can truly embody that component of our personality.
One of the key factors in Root Chakra opening & flourishing is Organization. We must organize and find our family of strength. This does not have to be your current family. In fact, one way that I acknowledge my family of strength is with a project called Tree of Strength. When we discover our family of strength, we discover how we belong. We also begin to resonate with the support and courage necessary to allow our Soul to shine on the surface of life.
An opening of the 1st Chakra offers:
Strong ENERGY flow to maintain physical and mental health.
Sense of GROUNDEDNESS which aids in security-related issues such as financial prosperity.
Sense of STABILITY & STRENGTH to overcome fears, ignite survival instincts, process anger & eliminate back pains, knee troubles and issues of the lower digestive system.
